About Benscoter Accounting Solutions
The Credentials Are Real. So Is the Person Behind Them.
We're Here to Make Your Tax Filing & Accounting Issues a thing of the Past
Most people don't think about their tax preparer until something goes wrong. We built Benscoter Accounting Solutions so that when something does come up — an IRS notice, a life change, a business decision with tax implications — there's already someone in your corner who knows your situation. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's why most of our clients have been with us for years.
Michael A. Benscoter, owner and operator of Benscoter Accounting Solutions, has offered countless clients peace of mind and financial security. Call (215) 946-1754 today to learn more about our tax and accounting solutions.
We built this practice on the belief that every client deserves a credentialed professional who knows their file, charges a fair price, and picks up the phone when something comes up.
A Practice Built on Knowing Your Situation, Not Just Your Return
Nearly 3,100 tax returns filed in a single season isn't just a number — it's pattern recognition built across every income level, filing status, and business structure that exists. Individual filers, S-corps, partnerships, Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns, bookkeeping clients, and financial planning relationships all run through this office.
What that volume produces isn't speed for its own sake. It produces the ability to spot what's missing, flag what's unusual, and apply the right strategy to a situation that software alone would process and move past. Most clients aren't looking for that level of attention — until the IRS sends a letter and they realize their chain preparer has no authority to respond to it.
We do.
